THIS COMPANY LEFT AN 80 YEAR OLD LADY STRANDED AT THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE WHEN THE DRIVER ARRIVED TO PICK HER UP THE HOSPITAL DID NOT HAVE HER READY. THIS LADY DID NOT HAVE HER OWN PHONE OR FAMILY MEMBER THERE TO TAKE CARE OF HER. I CALLED ON HER BEHALF TO BE TOLD THEY WEREN'T COMING BACK TO PICK HER UP. I CALLED LATER TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR HER NAME ANNESA AND WAS TOLD IT WASN'T THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO GO BACK AND PICK UP THE PATIENT THAT IT WAS A FAMILY MEMBERS RESPONSIBILTY. I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO ANY AND EVERY MEDICARE INSURANCE PROVIDER TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE AWARE OF HOW SENIORS ARE BEING TREATED. THIS IS VERY SAD AND UNCALLED FOR. IF YOUR FAMILY MEMBER NEEDS MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE HEARTLESS!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO CARE. Today 10/13/21: Patient was dropped off by a "said company" patient then requested a pick up which we call ourselves as a courtesy. Patient was cold in our lobby so we set him up with a chair right outside our door. Patient waited and waited- no service came. Our front desk then reached out to "said company" they claimed they already came by and that there is GPS record. Dispatcher then hung up on our front desk. I then called to speak with the company manager they picked up and hung up the phone. I then called off my personal cell phone. Destiney answered and got me over to the company manager Anissa. I explained to her the situation in which she rudely interrupts me and starts complaining about how patients call and say they are ready yet the patient hasn’t seen the doctor. I explained to Anissa that this was not the case with this patient. I asked to see said GPS record she said she could NOT provide. She decided to call the driver to get more information. When she came back on the phone asked if we wear black scrubs -which we do NOT, we wear grey and blue scrubs. So at this point it's clear the driver went to the wrong office. How this happens when they were just here this morning and many times before this I have no idea. We went on to explain this is not how you treat someones grandparent her response " you are being argumentative" then asked for a corporate number (which she refused to provide) and then suggested we file a complaint with the patients insurance, who pays for his living and this service, so we thanked her for the advice and confirmed with her that we will be filing one, and that we would also be leaving a review in regards to today’s experience, she responded with “go ahead†and ended the call. We work with several assisted living homes and transportation services and have NEVER had this happen before or experience nor have we experienced this type of behavior with a corporation, it was extremely unprofessional on all accounts. Unfortunately, this company does not at ll live up to their name “good hands transportationâ€.

Very unreliable, indifferent to the scheduled appointment time. I reported my experience to Humana. The dispatcher (Sara) canceled the call, and the driver drove off, leaving me standing on my driveway when I complained to them for not following directions and being over thirty minutes late.
