Shawn made a great presentation and was honest. His crew came out and installed the windows in the rain. Shawn came back and checked on their work and was in constant communication. His crew was great! They were friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and educated me on the windows. I would recommend them to everyone.

If you are looking to have windows replaced look no further than ProHome Windows!!! I am a planner, researcher, and multiple bidder and Shawn was professional, patient, and worked with the bids I had. We had 42 windows replaced and Nick and the crew were the most professional, friendly, and informative team I have had in my house. They cleaned up the floors and carpets EVERY night before they left and gave us a status update and where they would be working the next day. Can't say enough about Nick, he went the extra mile, great experience. There was a scratch in the glass in a window and Shawn no questions asked "which window, I will get the glass ordered and replace it myself" and he did.
