As a first time parent sending my child I felt very safe and secure dropping him off. The personalized information you must provide helps ensure the safety of the child. The area was extremely well kept, clean, safe, and beautiful. There is even a fire station and police in walking distance. This my sons first time going, and alth he wanted to spend more time outside, he came home with various hands on activities he had completed every day! The variety of camps offered has him wanting to go back next summer and try something new! It is also wonderful to see him get out of his hometown element and make new friends from different places! Highly recommend!!!

Update: management contacted me and promptly offered a full refund. Appreciate the quick response. I would like to say our child had a great experience, but she was too sick to attend the Young Physicians Camp- how ironic. Being courteous and cautious, I made the decision to keep her home for the whole week. Her symptoms were too COVID-esque to take the chance. When I spoke with the camp directors, they were completely booked for the rest of the summer, so they offered a credit for NEXT summer. Considering the fees were close to $400, and that I had paid months in advance, this was very frustrating. I understand that they probably struggled last year and lost a lot of revenue. However, to ensure that parents who can't afford to lose $400 do NOT send sick kids, they should offer full refunds. This was especially frustrating because they clearly were doing well enough to provide a refund (fully booked for the whole summer). While I do need to use my credit next year, I would prefer not to considering they are basically incentivizing parents to send sick children to camp. I would appreciate someone reaching out to me again, but I won't hold my breath.

Our kids go to the TCA location each summer and they love this camp! The activities are always fun and educational and the counselors really engage with our kids. Like the other reviewer said, we haven't attended another camp that communicates the way this one does. Looking forward to another great year!

My daughter has gone several summers in a row. She always has a great time, and is excited to go to camp. All the staff is super friendly and helpful, which is not always the case at other camps. The only issue I've had is getting the staff to consistently remind my daughter to put on sunscreen. I've resorted to trying to remind her at drop off until she starts remembering. That's pretty minor though. My daughter has never complained about anything at their camps, and she usually attends more than one each summer.

I signed my 12 year old daughter up Robotics everything was going great until the last day of camp for that week. When all parents arrived my daughter said that the robot arm she assembled in class was not working and even though she followed the instructions and the circuit board was replace and also along with other wiring the robotic arm still failed to function properly. Instead of the instructors just replacing it all together they left my child with a nonfunctioning robot arm. So i asked how come her robot wasn't just replaced all together? the instructor said " It happen to a lot of kids here and we didn't have any replacements" But when i looked around all the other kids were excited and happy to show their parents what they built over the week. I even recorded it and the only child that had a faulty robot was mines and my child feeling were hurt. My daughter even pointed out that there were unopened robots in the box next to her but the camp instructor refused to give her a new one. I know that i am not the only parent who paid for their child to have a good time but i paid you guys to provide her with a memorable experience and for the price i paid you guys completely failed. This was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional and i had to comfort my child feelings at home because of how you guys made her feel and look during parent day. I am just speaking for myself but i will not ever recommend this place
