Terrible management company please stay away from any properties they manage. This company does not care about residents what so ever.

Frankford Flats is the worst property ever!!! I would give this place a zero if I could. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The leasing agent Alex, who lives on-site, is always late. I went to visit her this morning after she lost my money order and she arrived to work at 9:07 am when the office is supposed to be opened at 8:30 a.m. Not only was she late, but she reeked of marijuana coming out of her beat up car. No wonder she always has a bad attitude. I am not the only one who's had a "lost" money order this month. Alex likes to be phony and pretend to be nice to her clients, but once you move in, she treats you like complete trash. Their corporate office is completely unreachable as well so don't even bother trying to go to them for any issues.

I need corporate to contact me since they seem to not return any calls and the management team is very unprofessional and rude the manger wouldnt provide me with the contact number for Corporate so I googled it and of course it is just a Answering machine everybodys playing games is what it seems like and from the looks of the replys to the previous complaints it looks like there allowing anyone to reply to the comments lol

Bugs, no respect from neighbors, don't fix things fast enough, MGMT does nothing but defend the people causing problems. I put up a deposit for three bedroom and then they sold the property and took off with my 150.00 and nothing in my file showing I was waiting on a three bedroom.
