    Awesome, straightforward, and honest service. I called because my pool heater wasnt working. Initially David helped me troubleshoot over the phone, and via text as I sent him pictures of my problem and he had no problem walking me through it. When it got too complicated for me, he came out, quickly found the problem, identified the part that needed replacement, and now the heater works great. He saved me from having to buy a whole new heater which wouldve been a lot more expensive.

    So at first when we start. Service was ok. David come first time and explain a bit about the pool and the system. It was the first time I owned a pool.  So I didn't know much.  Then we got the big dallas storm. Take David something like 4 months to repair the manifold for the hot tub. So I was not able to use it for 4/5 months. But I totally understand.  It was short on any supplies all over. So I can't blame him. How ever ever sense then. The service was not good. I don't know if it's something to do with where we located in Richardson. Or maybe my pool was a big and he didn't overcharge.  I have no idea. But service was not good. The guy he send will come few min. Clean a bit. And run away. The pool was always dirty.  And yellow on the ground. So many times I find my self going in to brash and clean. So many times. Every time I have an issue. I will let the service guy know. But he would never transfer that forward. Then I will have to text David and that take another week or two before maybe it's get taking care off. His guy will never basically check to make sure everything work. Or any leak. Will come. A bit Cleaniny. Some chemicals and run away. The pool lights never work. He never cared. The pool have a leak for months before I notice my water bill is high. The pool system was beeping for months before finally David was able to come take care of it. For months I will seat and watch a movie and the system will keep beeping. Not good service. For 4 months or so I inform David. That one of those things on the ground are cloth  I have asked is your guy suppose to clean it ?  His answer was yes. I was watching it. 3/4 months after. He still didn't clean it. I have pic to approve. I have sold the house lately.  So I am glad I don't have to deal with it. But soon will build a new pool in my new house. I doubt it I will use north Texas pool again. I don't mind to pay a bit more but enjoy my pool. I did transfer the new owner david number if he want to use him.  But just to be nice. I have a mix feeling about the service.

    I recently moved into a house that was built in 1918.  Wife and I love older homes and very accustomed to remodeling.  Swimming pools however are very tricky and as one would imagine, the pool in this house was unfortunately abandoned.  We decided to start from scratch and get this pool a new makeover.  Long story short, we ran into an issue with the skimmers not producing enough pressure.  Prior to finding David (North Texas Pool Service), I hired 2 different companies to look.  First one said my filter just needed to be cleaned. Even got a new filter, no luck. I knew he was inexperienced so I tried a second one - They recommended someone to blow the pipes and poked my plugs thinking they were clogged (and ended up breaking them).  No dice!  So I decided to asked for a referral and found David!  David came and within minutes he came up with the diagnosis -  A broken impeller,  worn out O-rings on my main motor and booster pump!   He is so honest, he told me where to get the parts and walk me through the entire process.  Pressure in my pool has been upgraded!  I'm glad I found a very reputable and experienced company in the area.  Thank you David!
