After seeing all these 5 star reviews, I was excited with choosing this company. Unfortunately I was dead wrong. When I first called in the morning, a gentleman picked up the phone and didn’t even state the name of the company or anything in a professional manner. He just picked up saying “bueno” as if I was a buddy calling him. Obviously it’s his personal number and there isn’t a legitimate front desk to call. Which I had no problem to begin with because there’s a lot of independent contractors out there that don’t have the luxury of a front desk team to help them out. Like I said, I completely understand and have no problem with it. What I do have a problem with is that he told me that a tech will come out between 1-2pm to check it out. It is now 2:30. After 2-3 phone calls a few text messages trying to ask where the tech was or to at least let me know if they couldn’t make it today. I was able to get him on the phone to let him know that I’ll be going with someone else so no need to send a tech but I couldn’t even finish my sentence before he just hung up on me mid sentence. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Do NOT go with this company as they’ll just waste your time. I wish I could give negative stars.

I had to replace my water heater, great customer service the techs were very polite and professional. I hope everything goes well after the replacement and I don't have to call them again. But overall the co. Is very profesional and my heater is looking good thanks Water Heater Richardson TX
