Both ladies are RUDE! She charged me a different price last time I went there. Now she want to go up on the price for no reason. I said I was going somewhere else and she started cusin me out in Chinese. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PLACE! These people are rude and change prices based on how you look and dress. Last time I got a full set with polish color and my nails broke.I had to make 2 trips to get them fixed. And their acrylic is cheap and not good quality.

I broke a nail today and I went to this salon for the first time ever to get it repaired. Dreary looking salon.. Anyway, The woman said it would be $10.00 to repair ONE NAIL. I asked her why since a full set is not THAT much more. She didn't answer. Then I just said.. OK whatever. . I'll pay you the $10.00. Then she said.. just go somewhere else. I said.. are you kidding Me? She didn't answer. I said.. No problem. I left.. went up the street .. and paid $5.00 How rude are those women though! I will never go back to First Lady nail salon again.

If I could rate anything less I would! I showed the lady a picture of exactly what I wanted...COFFIN SHAPE!!! She quoted me the price and I didn’t get the shape or length I wanted! After I repeatedly told her! My nails were unevenly squared and I didn’t like them... she told me she forgot to tell me she charges extra for length, and she was TIRED! Unfortunately I still paid her! Left with my nails incomplete Very unhappy about the service I received today!!
