The employee on the phone was very polite but when we applied and paid for the application we were told we were not qualified for a reason that could have been mentioned in application - you need to have worked in the same field for a certain amount of months. We were not made aware of this before so we asked to be refunded. This reason could have been stated in the application not locked behind a phone call and non-refundable application of $47
