Skip is a great guy who is honest, both of which are very important attributes for the industry. He is always quick to respond and very helpful.

I've been with Skip for EVER--well, at least the last 20-years.  I have had the most excellent service.  One time I bumped a car from behind and the lady said she didn't see any damage, but I did. I insisted she take my info.  Her husband noticed the damage and she told Skip I'd insisted she time my insurance card.  He called me up and THANKED me for being a good honest person.  My insurance did NOT go up.  That is what you call old-fashioned customer service.  Why can't Skip run for office.  I actually trust him--not even kidding on that one. And everyone in the office is absolutely lovely.

Karen Lyon is my agent and she made sure I had better coverage on my renters and auto insurance than with my prior insurer. The added benefit was that I saved $400 per year! She is tremendous to work with, has a great attitude, and understands my real needs...not just trying to sell me a package. If you are looking for a new insurance agent, talk to Karen!

I've been meaning to post this for a long time .  I've been with Skip Parker and State Farm since I moved to Texas in 1997.  At that time they were the cheapest and I was much younger and had to watch my coins a lot (LOL).  I can honestly say that Skip, Kathy, and Karen are like family after all this time.  They are always helpful and a joy to work with.  It's amazing to think that I've known them for 20 years now and they have been there along the journey of my frequent car changes, to buying my first home and assisting me in securing that loan.   I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates great and attentive service.  in this day and age, building relationships seems to be a lost art, but they are definitely successful at it and I'm happy to have made the decision all that time ago to sign up with them.
