Chill Air Concept - HVAC Repair Installation and Maintenance

I have been a customer for 2-3 years, they have always helped me out from everything from regular maintenance to repairs. They have always worked hard, and have gone above and beyond to help out my family. So I thought to call them when I had a strange situation. I have a rental house I manage (out of the area) that needed a new air conditioner. I had received 3 quotes from contractors in that area, but frankly they didn't make sense and I was wondering if they were just trying to raise the price artificially because I could not be there in person. So I called HELP, the owner talked with me for a really long time, answering all my many questions on the options for new systems, and my specific quotes. I knew he had always been honest and knowledgeable, and he really came through again. I am grateful he was willing to take so much time to discuss a job that was not his, just to help out his customer. It was not about getting another job (the house is out of state) it was about helping out a customer. Thank you !

Chill Air Concept did a great job!! They answered my call right away and thouroughly looked at the unit and made sure to diagnose the issue. The other company told me I needed 2 high limit switches and after their diagnosis, I didn't need the switches at all!!! It was a gas issue. Very professional!
