The ER at this location on Campbell is quick and efficient. All the staff was very helpful very caring and on top of everything we needed at the time. I highly recommend this location and Methodist.

I've never had to go to the ER so this was my first experience being a patient. I had a tiny laceration on my right eyebrow from a clumsy accident and I was rejected by 2 urgent cares because they did not do any stitching or gluing for the injuries on the face, and instead told me to go to the ER. This was the closest ER to me so I went. I was in and out in less than 2 hours (this was around 6PM in the evening when I arrived). The check-in nurse was super nice and got me set up, the triage nurse was so sweet and made me feel at ease. I really didn't wait much at all to get into a room. David was my RN and he was amazing. We had some fun conversations and he took really good care of me. Dr. Quach was my doctor, super chill with great bedside manners. I only needed like 1 stitch to my brow so it was a simple treatment. Overall, the staff really cares about their patients here and I would highly recommend them for any emergency needs.

The one on Campbell rarely has a waiting line for the emergency room and if there is one it's only like one or two people usually if you go at night time. Their doctors are very nice very sympathetic very understanding and give you excellent care. They do very thorough testing so if you go in expect all tests to be done. And if for instance you have to be transferred to the main hospital which is off Renner then this is a good place to go because otherwise you will have to go to the rental location and wait in long lines in order to be seen or to be getting or to get a room. The nurse staff is very nice as well. The one on Campbell is a psychiatric hospital so it's rooms are for psych patients. However the 24-hour emergency room is open to all patients of all kinds. You will just be transferred to the main hospital if necessary for further testing or for further procedures should that be necessary. But simple stuff like the flu and stuff like that they take care of by themselves and more than likely you won't be transferred to the main hospital. All in all they really wonderful they don't focus on money that much until the very end but you will be saying you will get excellent care they're non-judgmental and all the doctors are great and their staff is excellent as well very clean and very simple and easy to get care from.
