Kevin is a great guy. Very helpful! He answered all our question completely. I felt he was not trying to rush us, but was truly interested in helping us. Ask him to tell you why he is in this business! Great service from caring people. I would highly recommend Firstlight Home Care.

My parents live in Dallas and I live in Illinois, so it is hard to make sure they are adequately cared for long distance. With FirstLight HomeCare North Dallas, they have totally taken away the stress from me! They come in twice/week for three hours at a time and help my parents with their medications, errands, doctor appointments, etc. What a relief!

UPDATE: This guy did try to contact me numerous time to the point of harassment. He was rude and very inconsiderate. Still 1 star review I first contacted this company to inquire about care for my mother. I did call late in the day around 4:45-5:00pm and the phone was answered by the owner, who explained he was at the baseball field with his son and did not have a lot of time to discuss details. I am not sure why he answered his phone if he did not have time to talk. However, he did have the time to tell me he was part of the Wylie Chamber of Commerce and pushed that he was a resident of Wylie, to be honest, I could have cared less. Any one company can pay to be a part of the Chamber of Commerce. I have since received 6 phone calls from this gentleman in an attempt to reach me. I obviously do not need care from First Light Home Care, otherwise I would have returned the first 5 calls. I have already found care with another company who had the time to discuss details with me. Also I should note, that as I did ask several questions the afternoon I spoke with him, one question and answer sticks out the most. I asked about assignment of benefits (which some companies offer, others do not), which this company does not accept(which is fine, but I did not want to have ACH draft or have to pay out of pocket as my insurance company prefers to pay the company directly) at which he LAUGHED and said he did not understand why I would not want to write a check every now and then. This is harassment to continue to contact me as I have now had to block the phone number from contacting.
