Dr. Lin and his assistant are outstanding quick and efficient and very friendly and understanding. On the other hand the staff is not as efficient . Went to my 0930 appt as a new pt and did not get back until 1035. All because front office staff moved my appt to 10. When I was told 0930 appt. But did not decide to try and figure out what happened. Lab that they use the technician Dee was very rude! She just knocked on the door and walked away like I was supposed to know .. then once the blood draw came she just started sticking me out of nowhere I was like youre not going to let me know . She said it would spike my blood pressure . But I donate blood every 8-10 weeks and they always ask would you like me to let you know . Some people do better that way. And all she said was what was I supposed to do. Im done anyway .. like what! Hope Dr. Lin leaves soon bad for his business!

Dr. Jonathan T. Lin is an outstanding Doctor. He is the only reason I put up with the rude and inefficient office staff. My last appointment was 5/20/2022. I arrive 5 minutes early to check in and fill out the patient form. I waited over and hour and only when I asked if there was a problem did I receive my appt. Dr. Lin and his nurse had been waiting an hour as well because I was the first appt of the day for Dr. Lin. I have been a patient for over 15 year and they never get me in at my appt time. Lately it has been worse and the staff do not care.

Been going to the doctors in this practice for decades. Every interaction has been great. I have seen all of the doctors in this group practice through the years and never disappointed.

I think the Doctors are great! Mine always takes the time to talk about whats going on with my health.
