Still havent received my refund check of almost $300 from January 14 after calling multiple times. They just keep giving me the run around. Very unhappy.

Overall didn't have many problems. Took forever to get some money they owed me. Other than that it was good.

This is fraud and scam companys. they charge you any amount what ever they like I am in 2 bed and 2 bath apartment they are charging $200 to $300 every month. This is scam run by some third party.

Customer Service is rude, no empathy, and they dont care what the customer is calling about they are all on the same page when comes to lack of pleasantness.

Got transferred from another provider unknowingly. Got an email Dec 29th saying my electric would be shutoff for non payment on Jan 3rd (first contact from them ever by the way). Company was on vacation and not returning till the 3rd so there's nothing I can do until cutoff day. Finally the 3rd comes and they have no record of an account with my name, phone number, physical address, email address, nothing. Customer service lady spoke poor English which made things more difficult. Power was shut off midway through me trying to just get an account number so i can pay them. Now I cant even access my account to see what I'm being charged etc besides the $700 I had to pay to restore power. Horrible first impression so I will be switching providers yet again.
