Soooooooo disappointed in the way your company treats customers orders! Clearly our hard earned money thats being spent on fossil products is not valued, given the way my order was just tossed in the shipping box. No care or thought was put into making sure that the 4 personalized gift watches for my groomsmen were stored properly in the tin containers included in the order. Very sad that the watches were all just tossed in there to tumble around and bang on each other and the tin presentation boxes (which were obviously scratched and dinged up) during the shipping process. This was my first and absolute last time ordering from this company. Do better for the people keeping this company afloat.

One of the worst client services I have ever dealt with. I sent my smartwatch in for repairs to FG Services and they said they couldn't fix it so they offered me a replacement at 50% off. They charged me for a new watch and they were unable to ship it because of a problem with my address. Instead of refunding me or contacting me for the correct address I had to call them 2 months after I placed the order to find out where it was. They said they would resend it with the correct address. I told them I was moving and the new watch had to be shipped within the week. They shipped it a week later with the arrival date the day that we would be moved. I asked them to change it and they said I had to contact the courier. Very frustrating experience and I will likely no longer purchase anything from fossil.
