First off: the place smells badly of body odor and armpits, I almost walked back out the moment I stepped in and regret that I didn’t. I came in for dip removal and a reg polish since I wanted to go for less bulky, so the nice lady sat me saying “you sit there I’ll soak you off” and didn’t tell me I’d be waiting for her to finish a pedicure. Once she finished up she came over and had me soak both my hands in warm acetone.. for way too long. She did someone’s eyebrows while I waited and when she finally came back to me she kept commenting in Vietnamese to her friend “ah I soaked her for too long her hands are so dry now” So then she gets to removing the rest of what’s left and trims my cuticle a bit, skimping out on the cuticle oil despite my now dry hands. All within 5 - 10 mins. I soaked for like 30-40 mins.. then when we finish up I see her starting at my face and calculating how much she can get away with charging me. She decided on $20. I’ve never been so disappointed. There is residue from soaking caked all over my hands, I could’ve done SUCH a better job at home!
