Today I had the misfortune of going into this establishment. It was the second time I have been to the parts desk and the staff was useless! I have a older John Deere 950 and today the little lady at the counter seemed like she would have been happy doing anything than assist me with what I was trying to find. And when she found what she thought was the part, she told me they didn’t have it. I had to ask her if they could order it? After she looked and said yes. I then asked her how much it would cost turnkey? She rolled her eyes and said let me see the part number she had wrote down. When she told me the price she said that was before taxes. At this point I realized that this store doesn’t need my business. Of course they rolled out the damn red carpet for me and my wife when we bought the overpriced riding mower from them!

Y’all go ahead and cater to all these new people that are coming out here!

We use yall for our John Deere needs and yearly check ups on our equipment. Please please bring back mobile check ups! It was amazing and worth it. What a pain to wait and not have our equipment when we need it. Loved that service. Thank you

United Ag, John Deere approved us for a new Excavator and we're thrilled to expand our business with this piece of equipment. Thank you John Deere..and Daniel our saleman..very happy customers..even ordered 3 buckets and will be in in 2 weeks..not months..
