The old man working up there has absolutely no customer service skills and should not have a job. In preface I’m 8 months pregnant and very much showing. Anyways my mother recently passed away with stage 4 cancer, I came up there to ask for advice on what paper work I needed to gain legal control over the car. I was originally talking to a really sweet lady working the far left counter when the old man I think his name is Paul shouts over her and tells me that what I’m trying to do is illegal. I tried to explain the situation to him he kept talking over me and shouting very rudely while the other lady continued to try to help me. Eventually it got so bad I knew I couldn’t get anything accomplished with him there so I just left. So thanks “Paul†for screaming at pregnant lady who just lost their momma when all I did was ask for advice.

I love this office! Awesome people inside.. BUT I need them to open up. If Greenville office is open and Walmart is open. Unlock the doors and let’s get back to business.

Rude beyond belief! I can't believe they let this kind of behavior continue with all of the complaints. I showed up at 8am every day for a week trying to take care of some business and the girl (she doesn't deserve the title of "lady") was never there when they were supposed to be open. So I call and they tell me that she has kids and has to take them to school so she cant be there when they open......not my problem! The sign says 8, I expect to be able to open the door and get service at 8.....nope! 8:15 is when she strolls in then takes her time getting her coffee etc. And has the audacity to talk to me the way she did. I work in Dallas, so she is keeping ME from getting to work on time. These people do NOT need to be in the customer service industry.
