        If i could give negative stars i would. I called and scheduled to have one of my apartments serviced and was told it wouldn't be till the following week that a tech would be out there. So that day comes(wed) no one shows up, i call today (following monday)and get told that they didn't have me on the schedule and that they have so many residential places they had to do and that they wouldn't know when they would get to us, so i asked why we cant get service, we are willing to pay just like a residential customer would and i get asked well dont you have a maintenance man.... I am in shock at the lack of professionalism in that office, mid conversation you will get put on hold without notice and then you receive that kind of treatment from the office manager. I would not recommend at all!
