Sonic Drive-In

Wow. Placed an order here and they forgot the hamburger. Haven't left the parking spot have my receipt and they keep telling me they put it in the bag. Then they came out and wanted to look in my bag telling me it's "protocol". I've ordered from Sonic all across the US and I've never been treated like I'm trying to cheat them out of a burger. They made a mistake probably put my burger in someone else's bag. I will never eat at this Sonic again.

MAY 20 2022!! 8:30PM Almost $5 a piece for these Large Cheese Fries with Jalapeos.. oreo chocolate peanut butter shake was all Vanilla! You people should try to have a lil pride in what your serving to people..

Ordered drinks ahead, sat for 15 minutes before they let me know they were out of something. Couldn't refund my order, so I had to pick something else that I didnt want. Picked something else that was a slightly different variety, they couldn't do the adjustment. Frustrating and took forever to get a simple drink order done. Skipping this Sonic in the future.

Stopped off for a couple of happy hour drinks as we passed by. You could barely hear the gal on the drive through mike and when she repeated the 2 drink order and told me the total it was clear she had left one off. I called back to her but nothing. Pulled around to the window and sure enough, left one off. The gal at the window got it taken care of promptly and got us on our way. Unfortunately one was "extra ice" and it was kinda light on the ice. But to be honest it is kinda hard to know what someone you've never met expects in terms of "extra". The cranberry limeade looked oddly watery but honestly it was quite well done. Perhaps just needed a bit of a stir.

This Sonic has never been too great. I've been there quite a few times because I had hope that maybe management would change and they would eventually get better. Over 5 years they haven't. They only get my order right 40% of the time.
