'm the Operations Manager at a hospice and we've been using this company for the past 9 years. In all of those years there was only 1 time they were late for a pickup, and that was after a huge hurricane which had affected our local area. We initially engaged BioMedical Waste Solutions to save on cost, but we've been impressed with the overall client communication and service. We saved nearly 50% on our weekly collection from what we were previously paying. Any time we've had an issue, my concerns were dealt with in a timely manner.
