CHRISTUS St. Mary Outpatient Center - Mid-County - Emergency Room

This place is reprehensible. My ife went there and she had to go back 2 times afterwards, and they told her to go home and take Tylenol. After the 3rd time our doctor called her and had her come in. He gave her a shot which cleared up her infection in 3 days. Now they want to charge us 2500 dollars for doing nothing but run some bogus test . It took 3 weeks of suffering and our doctor cleared her up in 3 days. They could have done the same. This place is just milking people and the Medicare system. If I could give them a 0 I would. They should close this place down and take away the doctor's license.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before going. RUDE AND INEPT staff.

I must say I will not be returning, especially during the Night Shift! The day shift was pretty good they were great actually! Took maybe 25mins tops to be sent to the back to be seen. Day Shift nurses were very tentative. The PA was outstanding especially once the Night Shift came in he came in to check on me 3 times and Night Shift had not come by once! And it was already after 9pm. I called for assistance 3 times and theyd answer and say okay but never came until I got up and walked out and stopped a nurse myself. I had to explain to her the situation and finally she came and gave me the meds SMH! Diverticulitis is very painful! Very disappointed because I just moved back to the area and I was referred here by a coworker. The sad part is my fianc and I could hear them talking about patients and laughing. I was appalled! I do not recommend anyone coming here at least during the Night Shift!! Someone should seriously speak to the nursing staff about professionalism! If you dont care for the patients then they should look for another profession! Seriously !
