Im not sure what the deal is with the employees here but they are incredibly rude and stuck up. The multiple reviews about it including ones for the other services like the pirate cruise are absolutely spot on and not an exaggeration. Its to the point where it seems like they are told to treat customers that way. Ironically enough they reiterate they make most of their money off tips so you would think their attitudes would be better especially since the entire existence of this place aka their livelihood is due to tourists. Weve been in there multiple times and every time its the same deal acting like were not somewhere we should be. Pro tip if you look like youre in a salt life catalog you might get better treatment but its 50/50 even for them. Also, you would think cussing up a storm and talking trash about a bachelor party who rented out an entire boat while customers some with children are in the store (wannabe tough guy with the black beard get over yourself lol) would at least be where the line is drawn but I guess not. Our fishing trip was spent being treated like we were a nuisance by the guy with long black hair and pencil mustache who threw every fish we caught back in including the ones that met the size requirements also topping it off by throwing the last one back without measuring it.. go get a 9-5 in the real world since riding around boats and unhooking fish is that awful of a job to make you act like an impatient child (the other guy cant remember his name younger gentleman clean shaven tattoos on forearms was an awesome dude super helpful and thanks to him and him alone we took home plenty of good fish and he is excluded completely from this and gets 5 stars all day long). Its crazy how much of a foul mood these people are in who get paid to ride around on boats all day and live at the beach my goodness what a rough way of life lmao. Since they are so adamant about receiving tips heres one for you.. you live and work on a beautiful sunny island try being a little more grateful to the people who are the sole reason you get to do that.
