Bought a disposable vape on Friday the 19th and the product pretty much failed by the 22nd went into the store to ask for a discounted rate and was told they only guarantee the product for 24hrs.. wont be back !

Have been coming here for a long time and have always been satisfied with the service. Came here on January 22nd 2024, around 6 PM. And there was a young girl working. She was extremely rude and acted like she didn't have the time or the inclination to help me. She audibly sighed at questions I was asking her about the products. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she Said no.I remember coming on a previous occasion and her not being very polite then too but this was very bad. I understand having a bad day at work and how frustrating that can be. But there is no excuse to treat paying customers like that ever. Hopefully management sees this and does something about it Because I would love to continue coming to the store.

Staff is always helpful and knowledgable. They know the products they carry and are very helpful with everything in store! I do not shop anywhere else when I need vaping supplies.

Not sure the woman's name who helped us (edit - Delaney! She is awesome!) but she was so great - this was on July 28 at 11:30 a.m. Problem: we were going thru coils every 4 days Solution: LOW vg juice, which they had in all of our fave flavors (unicorn, ry4, Hawaiian cream) I finally understand nic salts thanks to her. Our go-to place. Good loyalty program too. EDIT 12/12/23: She's done it again! Yesterday I went in looking for a coil for an old tank I had. Though we couldn't get that, I ended up with a brand new tank for not much $. Delaney remembers the names of regulars like myself (somehow - I can barely remember my own phone number).. She always knows exactly what we need, and I always leave happy. The prices are a little high for their juice, but you're paying for convenience and great service. Online juice is cheaper but once u add tax and shipping, it's just as much. Plus, you have to wait for it, while your card and info could be compromised. Also, Wickedly hot usually has great juices on clearance.
