So I would say that most items are low carb and not keto when you look at the carbs to calorie ratio.. but that's not what I go for. Been on the 5% carb diet for a year and in the first 6 months I just found myself really missing fun treats... found this place AND WOW THEIR KETO DESSERTS ARE TOP TIER. Cheesecake cake bites, peanut butter bombs ( they're almost indistinguishable from Reese's), Magic Cookies ( Almonds joys), Sheet Cake, and many more items that change each week. This helped me get through the next 6 months easily. Also all these goodies are low in carbs due to their ingredients. While I can't give insight on the meals, if you're in need of keto desserts this is the only place you'll ever need.

Found this place by accident. Lucky me! The food is delicious and easy to prepare. The prices for freshly prepared meals are very reasonable. They cook a great variety of food. All you need to add to the meals are fresh produce and your favorite beverages. I eat keto-friendly because of digestive issues, but it also allows me to maintain a normal bmi and not yo-yo during holidays and snow days. I have only met one staff person. She was extremely helpful and friendly!
