        I previously wrote a review expressing dissatisfaction with a recent consulting call. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Blue Escapes apologizing for the consultant fee and agreeing to wave the charge after the technician informed his billing department the charge should have been waved. What a pleasant surprise!!!! This restored my faith in Blue Escapes. Thank you to the entire office team for taking my review seriously and making it right by your customer. I am very appreciative of your decision.

        Not good customer service at all they dont have parience to understand what is the issue they just trying to get the payment upfront always and not even understanding that the issue is Im not recommended this company at all!!

        Our guy Dillon was absolutely a legend! So personal and so professional. We have tried multiple pool services before and I have to say Blue Escapes Pool&Spa bestest service we have ever received.

        We recently purchased a home in Plano with a pool and spa that had very old equipment, some that wasn't working. We received several quotes from different companies to replace all the equipment. While the quotes were comparable in pricing and did not differ greatly, we decided to go with Blue Escapes Pool and Spa after speaking with Kevin, the General Manager. Kevin is really an asset to this company! His pleasant demeanor and willingness to go the extra steps made this company stand out above the others. We also liked that they had so many good reviews. After my initial inquiry, Kevin called and took time to explain the equipment and the process with me. He even took time to meet me at the house to go over everything while I was in town (we were moving from out of state). Russ installed all the equipment and everything is working nicely and looks really great. Kevin called to follow up and explain what was done. When we are next in town he will come over and go over all the equipment with us. We would highly recommend Blue Escapes to anyone. Ask for Kevin. You won't be disappointed!

      I am so sorry that you were not happy with our office personnel, Mr. Gita. Our goal is to give each customer the best customer service and to have our highly skilled technicians assess and make repairs to your equipment as efficiently as possible. Explanation - this customer called the office Tuesday afternoon to set up the service call. We did not have a definite schedule for Wednesday yet, so he did not want to finish setting up the service call without knowing the schedule. This was reasonable, so the next morning we provided the schedule and stated that the technician could be out the same day. Wednesday, the client did not want to finish setting up the service call, because he had spoken to other companies on the phone and was given a diagnosis over the phone. To provide the best quality of service, our licensed technicians need to assess the repair themselves. Payment arrangements are required in advance. Mr. Gita, we were willing and are still willing to speak to you about your pool repair that is needed. I understand how important it is for your Airbnb tenant to have the heater working while they are enjoying their stay. We would very much appreciate the opportunity to help with your pool. As a reminder, our office number is 972-294-6950.
