I had my top surgery here in July 2018. I am still so happy I chose Dr. Dulin as my surgeon. Great experience!!!

Honestly, what I tried to type here was too long to post. But it wasn't good. If you are undergoing a GRS, you should go elsewhere. That was the only procedure that bombed, my Orchiectomy and Tracheal Shave were good. Note: the same surgeon did them all. Most of the staff is respectful, but I encountered issues with the person in charge of submitting my GRS recommendation to my insurance. Considering the depth issue I'm stuck with after GRS (which can't be corrected by the physicians at this facility), I would direct everyone to go elsewhere if that's what they're seeking. The short version is that I will end up paying double (or more) after the result I got from my GRS at this facility. But I'll be fair, I do know at least one person who was satisfied with the GRS that they had here; however we had different surgeons. Good luck. Obviously some of you know me through my advocacy and Transgender Support Groups; if you have apprehensions, please reach out to me in person. We can discuss this facility and its staff in person. EDIT: during my last follow-up on February 12th 2019, I was told that Dr. Harris would contact me within 2 weeks with a recommendation for a physician who CAN perform a colon-vaginoplasty (to fix this botched GRS). As of today (3-20-19) he has not followed through with this; I recommend avoiding this place like the plague. His inability to take responsibility for this (alleged) malpractice is disconcerning. I would avoid the entire institute for any gender affirming surgeries. All other procedures can be addressed by non-affiliated surgeons; I recommend seeking them out. Your money will be better spent elsewhere. They don't care about patients, they care about getting paid.
