If I could rate them at a -2 or worse I would without question. I also usually dont write reviews, but I could let this one slide. This place sucks managed horribly. Don't waste your time. This company is the most unorganized placed I've ever been to. MY STORY - I was contacted via two different IT firms to go and interview there ( Two separate roles ) One of the interviews was set for a Sat at at 2:00 p.m, which I wasnt happy with to begin. Anyhow I got to Tech Mahindra and it was literately like a job fair. I walked in the main door where there were two receptionist trying to address all the chaos. They had what looked like a conference room which had about 20 people in it. Not including me and the others behind me coming in as well. It was so hot in there they were offering people bottles of water If that says anything... A few people came out the of sweat box literally sweating. Do this observation. I decided I would wait in the main area. I then was asked what role I was applying for yada yada. I responded and stated the time frame of 2:00 p.m. I was then told by one of the receptionist that there are no set time slots and that they supposedly told the outside firms to NOT set time slots for interviews???? I was then told that there were people in front of me and that no time of what time Id be talking to someone could be given. The story goes on; however in short about 10 mins of waiting. I got up with the quickness and went and crossed my name off the list and just went home. Thanks for waiting my time Tech Mahindra Ltd. 2nd time around. I was again contacted via a IT Firm to interview for a totally different position at Tech Mahindra . Upon taking that call I provided some feedback about my recent experience at this horrible company., but decided to proceed with accepting/taking the 2nd/new interview anyways. The recruiter called me back and stated that I would be interviewing at 5:30 p.m. cst ; HOWEVER it would be a phone call and not a in person interview. WHEW ! I was happy to hear that thinking thing were looking up. Needless to say as I prepared and waited on the phone call at 5:30. 5:30 then 6:30 and so forth went by NO ONE CALLED !!! Thats my story. SIDE NOTE: They also stated that this is a diverse work place. It most certainly is NOT !!!!
