        Good - they handled all insurance paperwork and all I had to do was show up. Bad - there was a bunch of paperwork to fill out and no one emailed it to me. Night of sleep study, I wanted to sleep, instead I'm sitting in bed doing pages of paperwork. Bad - When scheduled I was told verbally the city and follow up emails will include the addr of facility. Yeah, that didn't happen, requiring me to figure out the addr. The bad is easy for them to fix
