The absolute worst FFW location. Drove out an hour to get a pair shoes that were only at this location. Right off of the bat, the cashier is rude and not very friendly. Not surprised. Anyway, Im given the bag with the shoes inside and I go home. The shoes are damaged and I was given a pair that were on display. I call this location and I spoke with Cynthia who was no help whatsoever. This location needs better order fulfillment training and definitely a book on customer service. Someone snapped off part of the laces and it was visibly undone. Youd think thatd be noticeable before packing it for someones order. Completely unacceptable. Especially for this great part of town. If you want to have a headache and waste time AND gas, this is a great location.

Drove half an hour to return a pair of shoes here the other day during normal business hours. When I got there the doors were locked. A staff member came to the door with an attitude and said they wouldn't be opening today. Zero explanation as to why, she was very short and rude, and basically just closed the door in our face. I could have been understanding if she had been polite or provided some sort of explanation, but she acted as if we severely inconvenienced her by showing up at the store during normal business hours. If it's putting you out so badly to open the door for a confused customer during business hours, put a sign up or something. This isn't the first time I've tried to go by here during regular hours either and they were closed for whatever reason. Better call before you go because God forbid you show up during their operating hours and expect to be able to go in!
