These people are the most kind, caring, understanding and very professional about what they do. They work hard and fast on what they do as well even though I said fast it is done to the up most quality you can ask for!!! They go up and beyond for there customers and I couldnt ask for anyone better than them to work on anything in and on my house!! I thank yall so much for even being there when I had personal problems going on and the help yall offered and I cant thank you enough for everything youve done!!! Paul and Preferred Roofing did an excellent job for my parents when re-roofing their home. He was completely responsive, even walking us through the entire claims process and meeting the adjuster at the home. He explained everything to us very well and followed through on everything he promised. His crew did an excellent job on installing the new roof. It looks beautiful. When they were installing, they found a few things on the decking that needed to be addressed as well. Paul and his crew took care of everything for us. We would absolutely hire them again. They come highly recommended.
