    On Saturday, March 16, 2024, I ordered a variety of 10 pizzas from Pizza Hut. My instructions were to cut the pizzas in squares and to be delivered at 8pm to a local high school for a childrens even orchestrated by our church. When the pizzas arrived, they were cut weirdly. I called the store and asked for the manager. As I began to talk and say I received 10 pizzas, the manager, Melissa Tucker immediately stated, The pizzas were cut into triangles first, then we realized they should have been cut in squares. She went on to again repeat how the pizza was cut and they tried to rectify the cut. I told her, I needed her to fix the situation and that I still had children and adults to feed. She stated, she did not call to tell me about the pizza cut because she knew I needed to feed the children. I asked her what was the protocol for and was she blaming me for her mistake. She repeated how the cut occurred. All the pizzas were messed up. I told her I ended up throwing a lot of the pizza in the trash because of all the pieces that were un-eatable. See below the pics of the leftovers. Again, she repeated how the cut occurred. Melissa told me to bring the pizzas back into Pizza Hut and she would redo. She repeated the mistakes no less than 5 times. I was very upset because I still had to feed children. Upon arrival, the front door was locked and she directed me to go around to the drive around window for pickup. At the window, Melissa proceeded to berate me on how she felt I should have handled the call in. I asked her, what is the usual way and as a manager is supposed to handle this type situation? She did not answer and proceeded to tell me about the cut again. Some parents followed me to Pizza Hut and I distributed the boxes out to them. One of the parents later told me the pizza she had was cut the same way as the original other six were. They threw most of the pizza away.When we drove out of the parking lot, I was stopped by 2 cars of police. They had gotten a complaint from Melissa which generated a call to them. The police captain showed up too. I showed them the pictures of the pizza and they were shocked. I explained the situation and they generated a report after receiving my license. I was and still am extremely upset by all this because no one has called me to talk about all this.Here is the bottom line. I spent $163.74 and gave the delivery driver a $10 tip. I was harassed because of me questioning Melissa about the handling of the pizzas. All the children and parents were unable to eat because of the situation. Melissa knew about the pizza cut and still did not call me to say we are making another set for consumption. I am upset and want you to know I am not the only person who has been disrespected when purchasing pizza from your establishment. Also on Monday, March 18, 2024, I called and complained about the service received by Melissa. The intaker told me it would take 1-3 days before I heard from upper manager that will address the situation. A week went by, then another week went by and still I did not hear from anyone. It is now Monday, April 8, 2024 and I still have not heard from them. I gave them my email as well and no one has contacted me that way.

    Two weeks ago I ordered online a super supreme stuffed crust large with extra cheese cut in squares well done, that was the best Pizza I have had from pizza hut in25-30 years no joke! Carryout at Stewball circle in Kingsport, Tennessee 37663. I was craving that once again, I always pay cash, gave 4.25$ tip on the first through drive thru, ordered again today the same pizza to the tee, and waited around five minutes in drive thru,no response, thought maybe the drive thru notification didn't notify, so drove back around and parked at the drive thru once again,then about 2 minutes later, the manager greeted me and I said I had online order, the total was 18.29.she said it was not cut into squares, which wasn't a deal breaker, gave her 25$ told her to give me 2$ back so gave her a 4.61$ tip, I didn't check the pizza, should have because it wasn't well done, and furthermore wasn't even done whatsoever, Pizza Hut used to be the pinnacle,now both times were the same manager, this is why they are all closing, such a shame, my last visit.
