The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Plano

Being in customer service the last 30 years I notice excellence when I see it. All team members helped each other during the evening meal. Very busy night being mothers day weekend. Service was excellent, like a week like machine. I was shocked to see it this day in age and personally thanked the staff members for the effort. Food was great too! No worries here make a reservation soon just to enjoy the great service.

It was my first time but it not be my last time. Excellent customer service from the host to the waitstaff. The food was amazing and the environment was pleasant. You will not be disappointed. We had the sirloin and burger with onion rings for the appetizer everything was prepared well.

My husband and I went to the Keg because we had a giftcard, and we were pleasantly surprised!! The hostesses were so kind and our server (sorry dont remember her name) was very attentive! We enjoyed our salads, steaks, and sides. Steaks were cooked well and to our liking. We didnt think we had room for dessert, but ended up eating the entire Billy miner pie - so good! We will come back from another visit! It did seem like an older crowd and interior decor could use a refreshing but food and service were great!
