Yes, they are not fair. Lost my house in a fire. Had to rent furniture from them to use in a rental home. There TV died after only a year in a half, it was a old TV, they charged me 200$ for it, when I did nothing to the TV, it was not my fault.

They called me and it was all up hill then. Joy Rodriguez bent over backwards to find us the right temporary housing. It took a while, but she did it! I will use them again if needed.

One of the worst companies ever. I had 3 trees fall onto my home and do severe damage and my insurance company set me up with theses guys and they put me in a tiny jail cell and charged my insurance $9,000 a month where as on a rental here it's $3,000 a month .But the people that run this company are the worst, especially Toni LA Rock OMG what a nightmare the exaerated lies and drama that comes out of his mouth is like watching the movie SCICO I kid you not. Do yourself a big favor and go on your local forums or even Craigslist and you'll be much happier. Never use these companies, just a big SCAM and out to steal your money.
