I requested to view a home however, didn’t receive a response till days later. I originally sent an email (twice) called and had to leave a voicemail, then texted (twice). I know how busy realtors can get so I kept trying. Then Howard Chen decided to text me back several hours after my second text stating, “I think it leased”. REALLY... You THINK it leased!!! I would think that you would do your due diligence before responding with ignorance! Or perhaps have a follow up as, “however I will get back with you in regard to the home asap.” (Yes, left a gap in time in hope of such a response! But it never came) I returned by calling apposed to texting (the only number listed) Howard answered very unprofessionally. At that point I just knew I was not going to be able to deal with him or the company going forward. If you choose to do so, GOOD LUCK!!!
