I'm so very glad we had the pros at EPR to help us find the perfect forever home. I dreaded another home buying process ALMOST as much as buying a new car from a dealership (a nightmare every time). But we definitely needed more space and less road traffic. Thomas and Sandra and their associates at EPR helped us look at a LOT of houses, even when our confidence level was 2% that we'd like it. And you know this market, the best houses are snatched up quick. We ended up being the bid accepted on a house that got 3 offers the week it first went on the market. EPR negotiated it perfectly! Inspection, financing, title, closing, it all went as smoothly as you could hope. MUCH smoother than our first house purchase. We're loving it here.
