Being a former mortgage loan officer, Ive seen a wide range of realtors from newbies to veterans. Of all the contacts I had, I felt that Josh was the best fit. I decided to chose him over all the others on my vast network due to how knowledgeable, professional, and how easy he was to work with. Hes not the procrastinating type, hes definitely a go getter. Ive used him for the sake of my home, which sold in under a month, and hes also helped me buy another house during the crazy pandemic times when houses were extremely hard to buy. He really worked hard and took care of me. I while heartedly recommend him to all my friends and family, and of course everyone reading this.

Josh Beat Expectations! Ive sold properties using other more direct flat fee listing methods. But I was pleasantly surprised with Josh. He found a buyer immediately (the same day we agreed to work together). He had an offer for me by 6:00 PM and we had an executed contract in 2.5 days. Usually when you hear that type of story the seller underpriced the property. I didnt. I had numerous offers but this one Josh brought was the best offer. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up for Josh.

Josh was the ultimate professional and communicated very well with everyone involved. I was the listing agent and he brought a cash buyer that made this transaction seamless.
