I've been super impressed with Sweet Pea Events. I have worked 3 events for Meaghan Cody, and have truly been pleased with her level of thoughtfulness and thoroughness. She's well organized, reliable, a good communicator, and very personable. Her events have been fun, entertaining, and well presented. I definitely recommend hiring her to plan your next event.

Meaghan and her team coordinated with our other outstanding vendors to provide day-of coordination and planning advice with a high level of professionalism and heart. Meaghan Cody of Sweet Pea Events in Dallas has been the planner for my business conference (Be Sage Conference) since 2014. She has been outstanding in orchestrating all logistical and creative aspects of these 4 conferences that have taken place in Chicago, Dallas, Cabo San Lucas Mexico, and Hilton Head. She's been resourceful in securing the best vendors. I'm amazed at her ability to make relationships quickly with partners - and negotiate key sponsorships. Meaghan has been proactive and diligent at resolving problems when they arise. And - she's ensured that our 4-day event is flawless from beginning to end.
