        Take pictures of everything before you let anyone work on your property.l, or else follow them around during every step. I wasnt able to be on-site during my repair and when I returned, my hose bib was busted. Tech said it was that way when he went to use it to clean his boots, but everything was in working order last week. His word against mine get me nowhere. Hopefully the leak is fixed, at least?

        Wants to ask the square foot of your house before you even come out. Wants to do a payment up front for leak detection of four hundred plus dollars, without even looking not very good in my estimation

      Good Morning James, we ask the square footage of the home to know how long and how many techs we may need at your home, also it does affect the price. Most companies will charge you a service call to come out and look at your home to get in the door, then charge your a hourly charge to test your home, since this testing is our specialty we know what we charge ahead of time so we can give you a flat fee upfront price.
