Saman Facial Plastic Surgery

Dr saman changed my life. I got my revision done yesterday after having a horrible primary rhinoplasty done 8 months ago. He listened to me and my concerns, did exactly what I wanted and made me feel super comfortable the entire time. He uses closed rhinoplasty so he doesnt break your nose and the recovery is painless. Hes truly the best out there and really stands out; he isnt afraid to change your nose unlike many surgeons in the US.

Still hate my nose to this day. He hides my photos on here so no one sees it! He's a creep and will send you creepy messages via Snapchat. There are several women who have proof, I was scared to screenshot what he sent me. But I hope his wife finds out. Creep. He sent me a photo of him in the shower once. DO NOT GO TO HIM!

Was interested in booking here for a rhinoplasty and when I inquired about prices I received a very rude and snarky response. I was still confused on the pricing because I never received a set answer and when I asked again about pricing, was still spoken to as if I was a child. do not recommend.

Im afraid to agree with Cindys review. My wife had selected Dr. Saman due to his procedures posted on Instagram. Unfortunately if you are not an influencers , young of age, or insta beautiful, he wont give you the time or day to address any issues. She had raised some concerns about how swollen her tip was and his response was oh well. My wife confided in this individual to only make her become more self conscious of a bulbous nose tip. Highly recommend to do your research and dont fall for this Instagram scam. Deborah on his Plano reviews said it perfectly to what my wife experienced.

Stay away from this dr. If I could give zero stars I would but I had to leave at least one to write this review. I thought I had done my research but I was far from it. I ended up with a botched nose because of him. I had to patiently wait a year to get it fixed. I cried almost everyday and I regretted the day I ever came across him and let him touch my face. Choosing the right dr is key and I picked the wrong one. He is NOT a rhinoplasty expert or have the skills to perform a decent job. I had to walk around for a year with a diabolical nose on my face. I hated seeing myself in the mirror. I got it fixed with Dr. Rohrich but doesnt take away from the trauma he left me. I hope this can help at least one person so they dont go through what I went through. (My first surgery was with Dr. Rohrich but i had some breathing issues. Then i went to Saman but all he did was make my breathing issues worse!!!! Didnt fix absolutely anything other than leave me worse than before. I went to Saman because he was an ENT but I ended up going back to Dr. Rohrich to fix the mess Saman left me with. Literally $12k down the drain with Saman. I dont even want to call him Dr. because he messed me up so bad) THEN to get it fixed I had to pay an additional $20k!
