I had a lip reduction a week ago and I am starting to see my results and I'm definitely very pleased! Also, shout out to Sierra, the medical assistant who was there to help Dr. Lam on my procedure. She did an amazing job at calming down my nerves and making me feel at ease.

Don't just run from here, run fast! Do you wonder why they have all these 5 star reviews and almost no negative reviews? You have to sign a waiver not to leave negative reviews. I visited here almost 2 years ago and the results were extremely disappointing.I have since had a complete redo of the 3,000 grafts at a different facility, one of the large chains of hair restoration specialist. The difference is startling. Lam and his team did an awful job. He comes across as egotistical, and lacks social skills which can make.interactions challenging. If you do go visit then please take a look at his comical artwork he painted and proudly displays in the clinic if you are at all unsure about whether this individual has any talent at all. His paintings are on par with his grafts, except his paintings don't fall from the canvas like the botched hair grafts did.

Dr Lam isa miracle worker!! He has invested so many great treatments that no one else does! He also teaches other doctors. Lizzie and Jenny were so great too!! They were so fun! Who has fun at a doctor's office?? I did!

Received a 3000 graft hair transplant in August 2021. Ive waited over two years for my results to ensure I give an accurate and fair assessment. The surgery experience was great- I was comfortable and didnt feel a thing just as mentioned. As far as my results are concerned I am not satisfied. I am not sure that the aftercare was the right approach for my hair. You are able to start washing your hair a day after the procedure and rub off the scabs after a few days. I followed the directions but from my research it seems like that may have been too soon- so I feel like most grafts did not root properly. After speaking with the surgeon about my concerns I was left with solutions that were unsatisfactory for just spending 15k on a hair transplant. The solutions presented to me were to try topical hair growth treatments. So basically the transplant was null in void. They do not have a satisfaction guarantee for their clients. The only option is to spend more money at a discounted rate and hope for the best for a second time. I understood there was a risk of needing another transplant to get a thicker density. Dr. Lam is pretty confident, convincing, and it can be somewhat off putting at certain times. Hes a busy guy and wants you to know it. During my consultation the he said I go big or go home and mentioned I would be absolutely satisfied with the number of grafts I was getting; which in comparison to other consultations I had, was double the amount! That could have been a red flag but that number matched what ONE other surgeon said, so I figured since they were both experienced with Afro hair, it was the right thing. Even with the amount of 3000 grafts I still have complete bald patches in my hairline. So its not necessarily that the density isnt high, its that there is no coverage at all. At my final check in, the technician said that they could not pack too much hair in one spot otherwise the hair wouldnt be able to grow. So Im really not sure if I even received the full 3000 grafts? Its confusing! I feel this should have been said during the consultation and maybe less would have been better. Its hard to say now. Outside of those complaints, the staff still did their job. So I appreciate the work that went into getting me the growth that I did attain, I just wish that the solutions for unsatisfied customers would be improved and settled with appropriate actions.
