CVS Pharmacy

DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY WORK HERE??? All I am trying to do is pick up my prescription and transfer it to this location but NO ONE will pick up the phone to help.  What a waste of space.

Absolutely worst pharmacy service ever. I could not for thr life Of me figure out why the two customers in front of me took so long. Not sure if they are that understaffed but pulled up to pick up a rx that was ready and the employee said it would be a while before he could even look for it. I stared at him while he typed away at a computer with multiple customers waiting in line behind me. Not sure if this location cares about its inefficiencies in order to better its service.  It's not that difficult to ask my name, find my rx, and take my money. Will absolutely refuse to ever use this pharmacy location ever again. Somewhere, a corporate office should be concerned with the inefficiencies here.

Pharmacy employee was so rude.  I have never in my life had such a horrible experience at a CVS or any pharmacy for that matter.  Don't go there.   CVS should fire all of them if you care about customer service at all.

This was the worst experience I've had at this pharmacy, and that's saying a lot. Every experience here is awful. The pharmacy tech wasn't wearing a mask. I asked him to put it on. He looked me in the eye and ignored me. The pharmacist looked at him and said, 'he has a mask.' I said, but he's not wearing it. The pharmacist finally told him to put it on. I asked to speak privately with the pharmacist about his employee not wearing a mask in a PHARMACY. The pharmacist could not have cared less. Do not go here. The wait is atrocious and the pharmacy employees are incredibly rude and unsafe. They should be ashamed of themselves. My company forced me to use CVS, but I'll drive 50 miles to another store before I go here again.

Absolutely makes sense why they only have only  1 1/2 stars. We've been in the COVID pandemic long enough to be able to get it figured out. They ask you to make a drive through appointment. 1 1/2 hours later I'm still sitting in line and the were ONLY 5 cars in front of me. This is exactly why I stopped going to CVS 5 years ago because they are SOOOOOOOO SLOWWWWWWWWW. Trust me, they could care less or they'd have fixed the issues by now. I guess their customers time isn't important. We got all flat to sit in line.
