Erika Ashley's Elite Dog Grooming does it again!. My pup has developed bit of a skin "thing " so he has to be bathed twice a week in special shampoo that has to stay on for 10 minutes before rinsing. I knew I wouldn't be able to keep him still if I did this at home. Erika Ashley's is so accommodating in giving my boy appointments for the next few weeks. And he got a spiffy bandana!

I took my yorkie to SHARI’S for the first time yesterday. Sadly they took over 6 hours to groom her . They did squeeze me in but I would have waited if I had known it would take over 6 hours . She is small and should not go without food for that long . Also they never called to tell me when my yorkie would be ready . So I drove up there at 5:15 and waited for her . Twice I called them to check on her status, but no one would answer the phone. Twice I went up to the front desk to find out when she would be ready and the person at the front desk walked away and didn’t come back for a long time, or there was no one at the front desk . The other two groomers I have taken my small 6 pound yorkie to charge 20.00 less . The groomer also cut off most of her blonde hair, which really saddens me because she doesn’t look as cute. Also I showed the groomer how I wanted my yorkie to look and to say the least she doesn’t look like that picture . In the picture the yorkie had a bow in her hair . They didn’t even put a bow in her hair and I had to pay $70.00 . They didn’t even offer me a courtesy discount for all the hassle or a treat for my starving
pup . I’m not a happy customer, and won’t be going back . No one even reached out to me . All I got was a sorry , and it’s better for the pet not to eat when they are being groomed, but my pet is tiny and waiting over 6 hours to be groomed is excessive. I’ve never been to a groomer who did that and I’ve never been to a groomer who cut off most of her blonde hair . I’ve had Yorkies for 15 years 😢
