Not only did they not give a refund, they are now sending me an invoice for future savings. At no time did I agree to anything in the future. The agreement was for money they could recover from past taxes. At least they admit they kept the money the received from HCAD. Stay away from them!

They say they take 50% of recouped refund, The Dallas Tax office sent them a refund check for $8800. I only received $2500 refund. This is elder abuse since i am over 65 and a rip off!!!

Scammmmm do it yourself!! My husband tried reaching out and now they sent us an invoice.

I have not received our check. I reached out and nothing. We should have heard something in March here we are in May and nothing. Reported them to the BB&B. Also contacting our Tax office.
