Met with Dr. Knoll. She told me she has no idea whats wrong with my hand then they proceeded to charge me for the visit. I told her I have no idea what to do next or whats going on with my hand and she proceed to say well that makes three of us so unprofessional. I am in serious pain.

I don't leave reviews often but organizations that support prejudice or racist treatment of patients dont deserve to be supported by myself or other minorities.
The billing department clearly and the office manager Mary Jalisco, clearly made a mistake noted my account but did not make their employee apologize for her treatment of me. Justifying her employees choice of tone with as not being racist because this employee is married to a bi-racial person but yet sends me an email apologizing.
In an industry where POC are never believed when discussing issues with their treatment, we deserve apologies and respect when organizations and people make mistakes.
I will never go to this office and never recommend and POC for treatment at this office and the Frisco office, since Mary oversees both offices.
