Modern, clean and aesthetically pleasing office = thoughtful and strong attention to detail. Utilizes digital imaging technology. Friendly, knowledgeable and well qualified front office staff and dentists. Dr. Robertson's thorough explanation of my treatment plan left me with a good understanding of what to expect in the immediate future and as the treatment progressed. This was a big factor for me when choosing an orthodontist. Usually I just see Dr. Robertson during my visits but I believe Dr. Marc left me a voice message just to check on how I was doing. Somehow, he was able to correctly pronounce my name and thats definitely something I appreciated! Despite feeling a bit worried and anxious about the overall process of getting braces as an adult, the orthodontic assistant has been a big reason why Ive lessened my worries. She is approachable, caring, and empathetic. I love her enthusiasm and feel at ease under her care! I always look forward to my visits!
