        Plano Vision Care set up my appointment quickly and got the insurance handled immediately. They seemed to truly care about the health of my eyes. I got a complete eye exam and learned so much about how to better care for my eyes. I would highly recommend their entire staff for their professionalism and customer service. They took great care of me and will continue to do so in the future.

        I have been going to this location for 10 years, the new practice, Dr. Milburn and his staff were less than friendly. They made both myself and my husband feel as though they were put out by our visit. Dr. Milburn was not helpful or patient fitting us for contacts and their retina equipment was broken or they didnt know how to use... perhaps its all growing pains or an off day, but I will not be returning.

        Meh.... his bedside manner wasnt the best. He was pushy and condescending. Trying to get me to change my contacts even though I never showed interest in doing so. His staff wasnt the friendliest either, the girl who took me to do my eye pressures etc never even said hi. I went to this location for the first time last year and there was a female doctor I really liked and I thought thats who I would be seeing this year. I wont be coming back for any future needs.

        they are listed as in net work with my insurance. yet they billed under a different provider id and when my insurance called them and asked that they bill under the id provided to my insurance they refused. i am stuck with a large bill. no social distancing followed in the office. he pushes me to reschedule another appt quickly and i'm glad i did not. i will never go here again. you can't reach them via phone either. they replaced dr halle tran who i adored. don't go this guy. not a good experience in his office or with him. his assistant didn't even know how to put in basic medical info, names of medication i was on i had to spell everything for them and even then they got it wrong. shameful
