        This store is very lucky to have Patrick Peterson as a manager. I've been coming up there for about two years and Patrick always recognizes me and greets me with a warm welcome. He always makes sure am satisfied and helps me out to find what am looking for. I'll keep doing business with this store for sure.

        The store manager has been rude and dismissive when I required assistance in a $400 office chair warranty. This has happened over two visits to this store.

        They have a fairly good selection, but they do not accept letters, only shipments for FedEx. Go to Office Depot to drop off letters and see a wider & nicer array of options.
