Ergonomic Health Solutions

Cathy Phillips was recently a guest speaker for the Carrollton League of Writers and spoke on ergonomics for our work stations. She used real life examples of our members and did a fantastic job showing us how we could go home and immediately apply her suggestions. I suffer from chronic low back pain. After learning her guidelines for ergonomic health - I personally purchased a foot rest for my workstation and implemented what I learned. I can honestly say I have noticed a tremendous difference! Cathy is an engaging speaker who is passionate about helping others. She is obviously very educated in her area of expertise, yet presents it in a way that is easy to understand and motivational (I can now hold a pizza on my lap due to the foot rest). I highly recommend Cathy for both presentations and individual and corporate consultations - you will be glad you did!

I had an ergonomic assessment with Cathy for my home office and it was extremely helpful! Even from a virtual perspective she was able to make so many helpful changes and really explained the reason behind everything. I learned so much and I can already tell how much better I feel with my new set up. It's having a huge impact. And, Cathy is just a lovely person and I so enjoyed my time with her. I highly recommend having an assessment done (even if you don't think you need it) and I definitely recommend working with Cathy!

Cathy is lovely to work with, and very thorough. She is patient as you adjust to your new surroundings, but never pushy. She is quick to follow through on product recommendations, and gave an excellent experience overall.

I had no idea I had been working against how I was physically built. I am not a tall person but my computer and workstation were setup for someone that was more like 5.6 instead of 5.1. I am on the computer and phone almost all day so when my neck and back were bothering me I thought it was time to invest in someone who knew ergonomics well. Cathy from Ergonomic Health Solutions came to my office and reconfigured everything from my phone and monitors to my white board and chair. I had no idea I could even get a petite chair to better fit my frame. I feel 100% better at the end of my day. Thank you so much! We will tackle my home office next.
