Prices are fair but box selection can be limited and inventory is sometimes inconsistent. Employee turnover rate is high. They offer a 20% eBay discount as other box stores do. Location is very small and access is a little difficult. Their website could use some improvement. Box selection needs to be expanded.

Excellent customer service by Claudio today and the staff being amenable to a last minute request for a large sum of blankets. Helped us out when we were in a pinch and went above and beyond in order to fulfill the order. This is your one stop shop for moving supplies in Plano and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area!
